**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Production Supervisor will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, preparation and delivery of customer orders, and ensures all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.

DUTIES:

- Prioritize daily production schedule for all production associates and wire cutters
- Manage cutters to ensure they are cutting orders in priority sequence
- Manage Reach Truck and Order Picker Operators to ensure they are picking in priority sequence
- Be aware of production employee’s arrival time and clock-in
- Manage forklift operator to ensure reels for orders are being pulled in a timely fashion and that cutting lanes are full of orders to be worked on

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Ideally 5 years of related experience;
- Strong communication and people skills, initiative;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, OUTLOOK);
- Strong ability and desire to develop and grow skills;
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification;
- Product knowledge is an asset
