Go Direct is looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team. The Production Supervisor will work closely with the production team and oversee the production process from start to finish. This position will be responsible for ensuring that all orders are processed in a timely manner and that the production team is running smoothly.

**Essential Duties**:
**Production Supervisor**
- Motivate and maintain a productive, high performing team through recruiting, selecting, orienting and training.
- Accomplish results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating and ensuring compliance to systems, policies, procedures and productivity standards.
- Assign tasks and duties related to new and ongoing projects to the team members.
- Develop and implement staff assignments that enable achievement of required daily output to meet customer service level agreements.
- Create and communicate achievable benchmarks for efficiency, accuracy and productivity. Measure these benchmarks against established objectives and internal KPI’s.
- Maximize cost efficiency with staffing while minimizing temporary labour needs.
- Manage the High Velocity Centre’s P&L including budget and staffing requirements.
- Prepare reports on High Velocity Centre’s activities including overtime, attendance management, productivity and KPI’s. Review operating goals and standards and monitor performance.
- Ensure compliance of all health and safety regulations and policies. Address and report any issues requiring attention immediately. Track all incidents and accidents and complete appropriate paperwork as required.
- Oversee High Velocity day-to-day activities by answering questions, evaluating operations and solving problems.
- Maintain a tour-ready facility by ensuring a clean, organized and working distribution centre.

**What you bring to the role**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Warehousing / Distribution with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of GMP and AIB.
- Knowledge of warehousing methodology, RF Scanners and inventory management practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in verbal and written form.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a team environment.
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task.
- Team cooperation and respect is required.
- Analytical and detail-oriented.
- Work well under pressure in a time sensitive environment.
