**The Role: Receptionist, Studio Coordinator & Marketing Assistant**

As the Receptionist, Studio Coordinator & Marketing Assistant, you’ll be the face of Goji Yoga & Wellness, ensuring our clients feel at home the moment they walk through our doors. In addition to overseeing daily operations and supporting our teachers and clients, you’ll also use your creativity to assist with social media and marketing efforts to grow our community and elevate the Goji brand.

**What You’ll DoCustomer Service**
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
- Assist clients with bookings, memberships, class schedules, and retail purchases.

**Studio Administration**
- Manage the studio’s daily schedule, coordinate with instructors, and ensure smooth transitions between classes.
- Handle administrative tasks, including membership management, scheduling teacher substitutes, and responding to client inquiries.
- Organize and maintain studio records, client accounts, and communication channels.

**Social Media & Marketing**
- Assist with content creation for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) that aligns with our brand’s upscale, wellness-focused aesthetic.
- Post updates about classes, workshops, and promotions to keep the community engaged.
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns and events to promote the studio and its offerings.
- Track social media performance and suggest strategies to grow our online presence.

**Light Maintenance & Cleaning**
- Ensure the studio is always pristine and inviting, performing light cleaning tasks (e.g., tidying yoga rooms, wiping down surfaces, and restocking supplies).

**Team Support**
- Collaborate with teachers to address any schedule changes, cancellations, or last-minute needs.
- Provide excellent communication and coordination for a seamless experience between staff and clients.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
