Junior Lash Technician Artist

- We are a premium lash extension studio with a focus on providing a high end service and experience. We care about the client, the environment and OUR TEAM. Without a healthy and happy staff we can't provide an amazing experience to our clients - and that just won't do_

+ We have custom lash beds for our lash artists so you can actually lash while standing We also have recliner chairs built at a custom height for your comfort.

+ We are located in a free standing heritage building in South Oakville. The entire building is BRAND NEW and the interior is luxurious.
- HERE IS WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER: _

+ Our full time volume artists _TAKE HOME_ around $1000.00 per week (tips, cash and pay) after deductions We offer hourly to start while our artists build their clientele and skill set. Once at a senior level they are free to switch to commission pay.

+ We offer commissions on product sales (boutique with jewelry, headbands, skin products etc)

+ We offer discounts on products

+ Extra commissions when lash artists bring in business

+ State of the art HVAC system (steam humidifier) that was designed by a mechanical engineer to keep humidity levels constant regardless of the season. With this system and our amazing adhesive - your clients will always be happy with their retention

+ Air circulation system that draws fresh air in from outside constantly (no more worrying about the harmful effects of breathing in adhesive fumes)

+ Clean, fresh and new work environment

+ We offer training/certifications on other services (lift and tint, brow lamination, teeth whitening etc)

- EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: _

*Prefer experience in lash lift ant tint as well as brow lamination

*Prefer lash artists that have worked in other studios and not just from home

*Must be fluent in English

*Certification from a reputable training company is required

*Polished appearance is mandatory

*Sales experience in both product and services

*Customer service experience (retail and/or restaurant fields preferred)

*Minimum high school graduate (college or university preferred)

*Prefer aesthetics background or equivalent experience

*Certification in lash artistry from a reputable company

*In lieu of formal post secondary education we will consider applicants with equivalent /relevant work experience in the field

COVID-19 considerations:
All customers place personal items in a sanitized bin. Clients and staff are required to wash hands upon entry. Bleach solution used to clean between clients. Masks are worn by clients and staff at all times. Rapid antigen tests available.
