Soneil is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as an E-commerce sales associate. This is a critical role within our organization, responsible for managing and maximizing our online sales channels, including Amazon, eBay, and our direct website. If you have a passion for e-commerce, a proven track record in driving online sales, and at least 3 years of relevant experience, we would love to hear from you.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and optimize online sales channels, including Amazon, eBay, our direct website, and other such platforms, to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies and initiatives, leveraging market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, key metrics, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven strategies.
- Oversee product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling content, attractive product images, and optimized keywords to enhance search visibility and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and e-commerce trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Conduct regular inventory management, forecasting, and replenishment activities to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts.
- Implement effective pricing strategies to drive sales volume and maintain competitive pricing.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in an online sales environment.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including Amazon Seller Central, eBay, website management systems and other such platforms.
- Proficient in data analysis and utilizing analytics tools to derive actionable insights for business growth.
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas, influence stakeholders, and build relationships.
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
