Overview

The Opportunity: FashionF Digital Commerce is a fast-paced retail technology hub based in Brampton, focusing on the intersection of apparel and high-growth digital sales. We are looking for an E-Commerce Performance Analyst to take ownership of our digital sales data and conversion metrics. This isn't just a "numbers" role; you will be the primary strategist responsible for identifying why customers drop off the funnel and how we can optimize our SKU-level performance to drive revenue. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze user journey data to identify friction points on our web store and recommend A/B tests to improve checkout completion rates.
  • SKU Performance Auditing: Monitor and report on category-level sales, identifying high-performing products and managing data for "slow-movers" to inform discount and clearance strategies.
  • Performance Marketing Analytics: Work closely with the digital marketing team to track the ROI and ROAS of seasonal campaigns across social media and search platforms.
  • Inventory & Demand Forecasting: Utilize historical sales data to provide the procurement team with accurate demand forecasts, ensuring optimal stock levels for peak fashion seasons.
  • Site Health Monitoring: Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Heatmapping tools to ensure site speed and mobile responsiveness are meeting performance benchmarks.

Qualifications:

  • Background: 4+ years in e-commerce analytics, retail operations, or digital performance marketing.
  • Technical Stack: Deep experience with Shopify Plus or Magento environments; advanced SQL and Google Analytics mastery is required.
  • Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in the fashion or apparel industry is highly preferred.
  • Data Visualization: Proven ability to create executive-level dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
