**Specialist, E-commerce Growth Marketing - Hybrid**

As the Specialist E-commerce Growth Marketing, you will be reporting to the Sr Manager, Demand Generation and Revenue Operations, and will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through Canon Canada’s direct e-commerce channel. This role will develop new on-site experiences to increase engagement and execute data-driven strategies across owned and paid channels, working closely with operations, marketing, sales, and product teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute acquisition programs targeted at B2C/B2B e-commerce audience segments, with a focus on generating funnel activity and revenue generation.
- Develop and execute retention programs for existing B2C/B2B e-commerce audience segments to drive repeat purchase and increase customer lifetime value.
- Identify and implement opportunities for personalized digital storytelling experiences through on
- and off-site channels to increase engagement, conversion, and loyalty.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align e-commerce channel with brand marketing and sales promotion initiatives.
- Monitor performance of ecommerce KPIs, identifying opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations team to identify new technical capabilities for development roadmap based on growth program requirements and user research / customer insights.

**To Succeed, You Will Need**:

- Post-secondary education in Business.
- Minimum of 3-years in e-commerce experience.
- Refined analytical skills are required to decipher and disseminate data to enhance sales and customer experience.
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce or MailChimp ; enterprise e-commerce platforms such as Adobe Commerce or Shopify ; UX/UI research methodologies and tools such as Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity.
- Good time and process management skills.
