As we expand and evolve, we’re building a leadership team capable of **guiding our stores through a period of growth and transformation.** We're currently recruiting for two **senior store management roles** at our **Annex** and **Rosedale** locations.

**Available Positions**:

- **Store Manager - Rosedale Location**
- An experienced, independent leader ready to own the full scope of store operations at one of our flagship locations._
- **Assistant Store Manager - Annex Location**
- A hands-on, dynamic retail leader seeking full exposure to all areas of store management while working closely with a Store Manager and cross-functional leadership._

Both positions report directly to our **VP of Operations** and offer a unique opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role within a company that’s scaling with purpose and precision.

**What We’re Looking For**

We are seeking **experienced grocery industry professionals** who can bring structure, energy, and expertise to help us **navigate and thrive** during this exciting phase of growth.
- Have **a minimum of 5 years in senior grocery leadership** (Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager level)
- Thrive in hands-on environments and lead by example
- Have full command of store operations including **labour management, merchandising, inventory control, and customer experience**:

- Be adaptable and energized by change, with a strong eye for quality, process, and presentation
- Be passionate about people development and team performance
- Be driven by results but guided by values—service, community, and excellence

**Key Areas of Leadership**:

- Oversight of all grocery departments**:Meat, Deli, Bakery, Grocery, Cash, Produce, Prepared Foods**:

- End-to-end labour management: scheduling, payroll, productivity, coaching
- Visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and product presentation
- Health & Safety compliance and operational consistency
- Strategic inventory and margin control
- Customer experience leadership—from floor presence to issue resolution
- Team development and succession planning
