Canna North was started with one thing at the top of its mind - taking care of the little guy. That meant making our first priority the customer who cares most about the cannabis rather than the fancy package - the customer who yearns for the good old days, without the bullsh*t.

We understand that the existing framework for legal cannabis isn't perfect, and that's a big reason why Canna North was created. We aim to change the way that legal cannabis is perceived and sold recreationally so that our legacy Customers, at last, will have a store that caters to them first.

Canna North is going to be the new face of legal cannabis in Canada, and we're looking for our first batch of employees in time for our launch We are looking for dedicated members to join our team that are aligned with our mission to simplify the world of legal cannabis for our Canadian Customers.

**What you'll do**

Lead and inspire team members to continuously grow, learn, evolve, to be compassionate, kind and strive to become better.

Attract talent and build an exceptional team that will uphold and deliver our mission, vision, and goals to customers.

Meet or exceed sales goals, profitability, and operational excellenceExceed the customers expectations by implementing and delivering exceptional service and training the staff to deliver the same service.

Drive customer visit goals and increase the number of returning customers

Analyze, forecast, and deliver financial and operational reporting regularly.

Identify underperforming metrics and develop strategies for improvement.

Clear knowledge and understanding of cannabis regulations and ensure that compliance is executed in operations.

Promote an environment and culture that is focused on positive and healthy interactions.

Foster positive and productive relationships with all vendors.

Effectively communicate and delegate goals, tasks, and responsibilities to the team to ensure a smooth operational flow.

Monitor and manage staffing, scheduling, operations, processes, etc.Implement HR policies and standard operating procedures.

Encourage and promote a teamwork environment while empowering a self-managing team.

Monitor and manage inventory, product placement, store presentations and work with marketing to raise awareness and increase sales.

Oversee and implement selling programs, sell-through rates.

Engage meaningfully in the local community through events, programs and partnerships.

Knowledgeable of POS system functions, ERP systems.

Strategically utilize the tools provided to successfully capture customers’ buying habits to ensure the best in class experience.

Implement systems of checks and balances in areas vulnerable to loss

Promote and implement sales strategies.

**What we're looking for**

A strong understanding and passion for cannabis.

A Team first, growth mindset that is focused on learning and education. As well as the ability to self-reflect in order to help improve skills, and competencies in the workplace.

The ability to make long term meaningful connections with customers, through education, and trust of product knowledge.

Ability to adhere to all regulatory requirements by following processes and structures to ensure compliance.

Experience in a high volume workplace, where you are required to be adaptable and energetic for when the days get tough.

Accepts personal accountability for actions, goals, and performance.

Ability to collaboratively challenge the status quo in order to innovate, improve, and advance our world-class organization.
