- **Job Overview**_
- This position will be the day-to-day contact for all the Level Ground brands for Food Service and Wholesale accounts._
- **Food Service & Account Management**_
- Act as the main contact for food service leads_
- Manage account requests, and pricing inquiries within approved margins_
- Execute a strategy to grow market share within coffee shops, offices, and institutional accounts_
- Develop and maintain strong relationships through regular calls, site visits, and ongoing_
- support_
- Implement and support promotional programs at the account level where applicable_
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate fulfillment, pricing, and service levels_
- **Outside Sales**_
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and research_
- Distribute sell sheets, samples, pricing information, and equipment training materials_
- Balance in-field time with administrative work including follow-ups, proposals, and reporting_
- Confirm and improve brand presence at the account level_
- **RFP & Institutional Sales**_
- Lead the RFP process for offices, institutions, and large food service customers in collaboration_
- with the Sales Navigator_
- Coordinate internally to gather pricing, product specs, certifications, and operational_
- requirements_
- **Role Expectations**_
- To ensure clarity and confidence in the role, this position includes the following expectations:_
- Work scheduled hours as agreed upon, with flexibility as needed to support account demands_
- Participate in twice-monthly check-in meetings with the Sales Navigator to review goals and_
- progress_
- Operate within pre-determined pricing and margin guidelines provided by the Sales_
- Navigator_
- Maintain accurate records of account activity, opportunities, and follow-ups through our CRM_
- Represent the Level Ground group of brands professionally and consistently in all customer_
- interactions_
- **Role Requirements**_
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, account management, or hospitality-related_
- roles_
- Experience responding to RFPs_
- Experience using CRM tools to track sales activity and pipelines_
- Experience interacting directly with customers in a professional setting, including in-person_
- visits_
- Ability to follow established sales strategies while building confidence and independence over_
- time_
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally_
- **Roles Assets**_
- Exposure to food service, coffee, hospitality, retail, or CPG environments_
- Ability to manage your own schedule based on KPI performance_
- **Reporting & Working Groups**_
- This position works collaboratively with the Sales/Marketing team, reporting to the Sales Navigator_
