**Position Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Client Interaction**:
- Warmly greet clients upon arrival and provide a welcoming environment.
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and reschedules.
- Discuss clinic services, promotions, and referral opportunities with clients.
**Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain and organize client files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Enter client information into the system and prepare files for the next day.
- Print and manage health, consent, and laser forms as required.
- Process payments and create invoices accurately.
- Reconcile daily transactions and reports.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or client-facing role, preferably in a clinic or spa environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French (bilingualism required).
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, appointment scheduling software).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a client-first mindset.

Responsabilités Clés
**Interaction avec les Clients**:
- Accueillir chaleureusement les clients à leur arrivée et offrir un environnement accueillant.
- Répondre rapidement et professionnellement aux appels téléphoniques et aux courriels.
- Gérer les réservations, confirmations et replanifications de rendez-vous.
- Informer les clients des services de la clinique, des promotions et des opportunités de référence.
**Tâches Administratives**:
- Vérifier les messages vocaux et retourner les appels rapidement.
- Maintenir et organiser les dossiers des clients, en assurant leur exactitude et leur confidentialité.
- Entrer les informations des clients dans le système et préparer les dossiers pour le lendemain.
- Imprimer et gérer les formulaires de santé, de consentement et de laser selon les besoins.
- Traiter les paiements et créer les factures avec précision.
- Réconcilier les transactions quotidiennes et les rapports.
**Qualifications Requises**:
- Expérience préalable en tant que réceptionniste ou dans un rôle axé sur le service à la clientèle, de préférence dans un environnement de clinique ou de spa.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail.
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en anglais et en français (bilinguisme requis).
- Maîtrise des logiciels bureautiques (ex. : Microsoft Office, logiciels de gestion de rendez-vous).
- Capacité à gérer des informations sensibles avec discrétion et confidentialité.
- Attitude amicale et professionnelle avec un souci constant de la satisfaction client.
**DOIT ÊTRE DISPONIBLE LES SAMEDIS**
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
