Administrative Assistant/data Entry Clerk

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Accurately enter data into databases and spreadsheets, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organize and maintain electronic files, ensuring that all documents are properly categorized and easily retrievable.
- Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct any discrepancies or errors in the information.
- Assist with data collection efforts, compiling information from various sources as needed.
- Support administrative tasks, including clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and document preparation.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Customer service both in person and on the phone with members and contractors
**Skills**
- Proficient in data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and Quickbooks.
- Experience with taking payments through a POS system and recording payments
- Reconciling monthly bank statements
- Familiarity with database management systems and data collection methods.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent clerical skills, including filing, sorting, and maintaining records.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- MUST be Bilingual (English and French)
- At least 5 years Administrative experience or Data Entry
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 37 per week
