What You Will Do
- Recruit, train, and develop a diverse team of telemarketers, door-to-door representatives, and B2B sales professionals.
- Build a structured sales operation from the ground up, creating scripts, training systems, and performance benchmarks for every channel.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with dealerships, securing long-term contracts and premium partnerships.
- Lead daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities with discipline and accountability.
- Mentor your team to not only hit but exceed targets, instilling persistence and ambition in every member.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts that directly impact EvoLab’s expansion.
- Represent EvoLab with authority, sophistication, and professionalism in every client interaction.
What We Require
- Proven track record in automotive dealership sales and business development.
- Experience training, managing, and scaling multiple sales channels (telemarketing, door-to-door, and B2B).
- Exceptional leadership skills—able to inspire, mentor, and enforce accountability.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, capable of closing premium deals.
- Resilience and adaptability to perform in a fast-paced startup where standards are high and goals are aggressive.

Compensation
- Base pay of $28/hour plus uncapped commission.
- Additional performance-driven bonuses tied to dealership contracts and sales milestones.
