Pre-owned Sales Manager

Ajax Mitsubishi is looking to become a pre-owned powerhouse in the Durham Region, and you can be an important part of that vision. Applicants are asked to have a vast knowledge & passion of the pre-owned market, pre-owned sales & management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Achieve or exceed sales and profit targets
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction (CSI)
- Manage departmental expenses, and budget effectively
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to sell pre-owned vehicles
- Assist in selling, closing sales deals
- Purchase, recondition, merchandise, advertise & deliver pre-owned vehicles
- Manage website merchandising, online advertising (Trader)
- Work customer data base to increase used car inventory by trade-ins
- Foster a positive and results-oriented work environment
- Represent the dealership at community events and networking opportunities
- Assist the General Sales Manager & General Manager with growing the dealership; specifically the pre-owned department to exceed current profits
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experiences as a pre-owned sales manager in a car dealership
- Must be profound in selling pre-owned vehicles
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Passion for the automotive industry, pre-owned vehicles, and pre-owned market
**Salary**: $71,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
