**Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise daily operations of the restaurant or venue, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure quality standards are met.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and promptness to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and adherence to health regulations.
- Maintain inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies; assist in ordering as necessary.
- Implement and enforce policies related to food handling, safety, and sanitation practices.
- Utilize POS systems for order processing and sales tracking while training staff on effective usage.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices, food preparation techniques, and kitchen operations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff alike.
- Experience in bartending is a plus; familiarity with beverage service is highly desirable.
- Ability to conduct interviews and train new employees effectively.
- Proficient in using POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for hospitality and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality service.

Pay: $15.86-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
