**Position Overview**: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Service BDC Manager to join our team. The Automotive Service BDC Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Business Development Center (BDC) operations within our service department. This individual will play a key role in optimizing customer service processes, maximizing service appointment bookings, and ensuring overall efficiency and effectiveness.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the Service BDC team, including hiring, training, coaching, and **performance** management.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive service appointment bookings and increase customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the customer service process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements related to automotive service BDC operations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in automotive service BDC management or a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant technologies.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
