**Accounting Analyst**

We are looking for one full time Accounting person to play a key role within our fast-growing company located in Toronto. This role is perfect for a detail oriented, results driven individual who can dive right into an independent accounting role. This is a full-time permanent position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Full cycle of accounts payable / accounts receivable procedures
- Verification of invoices and assignment of proper accounting codes and postings
- Inventory reconciliation
- Coordination and management of internal expenses and payables
- Month end reporting functions
- Prepare reports and analysis as and when required
- General accounting functions including filing, accounts maintenance, correspondence
- Other duties that may be assigned by the Controller
**Qualifications**
- 3+ years’ experience in accounting, preferably using Sage 300 (Accpac)
- Microsoft D365 experience is preferred
- Proficiency in accounting principles and financial analysis
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, accounting software
- Strong sense of time deadlines and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated to work independently and work with a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.

**Education**
- A college diploma or bachelor’s degree in business

**Salary**: From $48,000.00 per year
