Account Support Analyst

Location: Calgary, AB, Canada

Workstyle: This position will begin as a remote opportunity and transition to a hybrid schedule (in-office 3 days per week) in 2026.

**Salary**: $50-54k CAD

Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility:
The Account Support Analyst is an operational administrative role responsible for supporting customer accounts across Canada and the U.S. This position focuses on maintaining the accuracy of customer forms and documentation, processing a high volume of account-related inquiries, and supporting compliance audits and paperwork changes. The analyst will work across multiple systems to ensure data integrity, manage record modifications, and uphold standards for document retention and customer onboarding.

Key responsibilities:

- Initiate the customer onboarding process by entering data into multiple systems and sharing documents with internal teams.
- Manage paperwork related to customers and requests for compliance and record retention.
- Review data input into software databases to ensure data integrity standards are being maintained as directed by management.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems for active and inactive records including scanning, indexing and filing.
- Demonstrate responsibility and respect for data integrity, security and best practices.
- Utilize data tools to import, manage, upload and validate data using established standards and processes.
- Proactively solve data discrepancies and correct problems.
- Review exception data reports and troubleshoot trends.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 0-2 years business or operations experience preferred.
- Hands-on self-starter with the ability to effectively follow difficult issues to resolution.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy in an operational environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly respond, prioritize and act amid multiple, conflicting demands.
- Must be able to successfully pass all applicable background screening tests.
