At SOFRAM, we take pride in our Mediterranean cuisine and exceptional service. Our mission is to ensure every guest leaves with a smile. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our team. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with weekend availability required.

**Location**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers upon their arrival, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
- Take and accurately process food and drink orders, addressing customer questions and providing recommendations.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and check in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with a positive and professional attitude.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies for food and beverage handling.
- Issue bills, process payments, and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Complete side duties, including cleaning, sweeping, and refilling supplies, during and after shifts.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support overall restaurant operations.

**Must-Haves**:

- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
- Valid Ontario Smart Serve Certificate.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Quick learner with the ability to take direction and demonstrate initiative.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual, with access to dependable transportation.
- Positive attitude and ease in engaging with people.
- Proficiency or willingness to learn how to use restaurant software (POS systems).

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a restaurant server preferred.
