**Your Role**:

- Coordinate vendor catalogue updates, and related item maintenance tasks;
- Monitor inbound item maintenance tasks, prioritize, and distribute amongst Item File Maintenance Clerks;
- Coordinate the gathering of information for discontinued items to compile and distribute to the Category Teams; collect and organize responses and communicate completed Newsflash to the stores as required;
- Provide guidance to Item File Maintenance Clerks to ensure vendor data is set up following defined standards and processes; and,
- Work in conjunction with vendors, Category Teams, and pricing assistants to identify and solve any HQ item set-up issues, and coordinate necessary changes at HQ.

**Desired Skills & Abilities**:

- Minimum 1 years’ office experience is required;
- Previous alpha numeric data entry experience;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook;
- Knowledge of HQ and Retek systems is considered to be an asset;
- Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks and assignments simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines;
- Proven organizational, planning and prioritizing skills;
- Detail conscious while maintaining a high degree of accuracy; and,
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service.
