**Procurement Coordinator**
- **KPIC Maintenance Services Inc. (a member of the FWS Group of Companies) specializing in industrial maintenance services, providing preventative and reactive solutions along with small project retrofits and expansions to our client’s facilities primarily in grain handling, feed mill and food processing. **_

- **Basic Purpose**_
- Working together with the KPIC Team and FWS Procurement, the Procurement Coordinator-KPIC will be involved with all aspects of sourcing materials & services for KPIC Service and Small Projects.
- **Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities/Competencies**_
- **Preparation and administration** of all Procurement documents including but not limited to RFB’s, PO’s, and subcontracts. Other general Procurement **support** to KPIC team **as required**.
- Primary responsibility is to provide **sourcing support** to the KPIC teams, ensuring that all **materials are procured** and available in **accordance with project schedules**.
- Preparation and distribution of **purchase orders**, **subcontracts** and all other forms of **Procurement documentation** as required.
- Coordinate Procurement **communications** and **exchange of information** with internal/external stakeholders, sub-trades, and project team participants.
- Assist FWS Procurement with establishing **new supplier relationships**.
- **Negotiate purchase pricing** with vendors as required.
- **Promote KPIC Procurement **directly to new and existing customers with the goal of increasing sales and strengthening customer relationships.
- **Qualifications**_
- **Experience** working in a **skilled trade**, such as millwright or welding is an asset.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive **knowledge** of **industrial/mechanical equipment** is required.
- Previous **Purchasing/Procurement** experience in **Agricultural **industry is an asset.
- Must possess a high level of **organizational**, **time management** and **prioritization** skills.
- General knowledge of **construction industry** is an asset.
- Must be proficient with **MS Office Suite**.
- Willing to improve his/her education and is committed to personal growth.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
