**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with strong financial literacy and excellent organizational skills to join our growing team. At ConPro Contracting / CP Design Group, we take pride in delivering the best customer experience and results.
**Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update files and records
- Answer and redirect calls in a professional manner
- Operate and manage office equipment (printers, fax, photocopiers), including troubleshooting as needed
- Manage calendars and assist with scheduling appointments
- Oversee Accounts Payable
- Oversee Accounts Receivable
- Administer payroll
- Perform bookkeeping duties (e.g., tracking invoices and recording payments)
- Balance accounts, manage cash flow, and reconcile credit card statements
**Desired Skills & Qualifications**
- 2-3 years of experience in Accounting and/or Bookkeeping
- Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks)
- Knowledge of standard office equipment and systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to oversee and manage projects independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment
- Coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Reliable, dependable, and a strong team player
**Job Type**: Full-time or Part-time
**Compensation**: Competitive wages based on experience, with opportunities for growth
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday availability

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 44 per week
