**Here is what you will do**

VitalAire is currently recruiting a highly energetic and motivated full-time permanent Recruiter for our Mississauga location. The incumbent will be responsible for facilitating the full cycle recruitment process across Canada while supporting projects related to recruitment.
- Provide guidance and direction to hiring managers on all recruitment procedures and practices.
- Review and update job descriptions and job postings.
- Manage the offer process through negotiations and contract preparation in conjunction with hiring managers.
- Assist with strategies to attract new talent through partnerships with schools, while managing the internship, campus recruitment, scholarship, and career fair programs.
- Assist with employer branding strategies for key positions within the organization.
- Other duties as assigned/required

**Here is what you will need**
- University degree with a focus on Human Resources or equivalent
- 2-3 years of progressive recruitment experience (preferably within the healthcare industry)
- CHRP/CHRL designation preferred
- Familiar with recruitment best practices
- Agreeing to disclose your COVID-19 vaccination status, as a condition of employment
- Agreeing to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and to maintain such fully vaccinated status, as a condition of employment
