**What you’ll do**:
As a Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance goals, new patient acquisition and retention, oversee the provision of exceptional patient results, drive physician and staff engagement as well as meet operational targets. Your role involves ensuring that the clinic upholds GraceMed's luxury service model, inspiring exceptional patient experiences.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations and administration.
- Collaborate with the VP of Operations to report on clinic targets and develop strategies to meet the overall budget.
- Analyze Key Performance Indicators to identify trends and opportunities and implement actions to enhance sales and profit.
- Provide continuous feedback to improve patient experience and clinic efficiency.
- Monitor clinic utilization and implement strategies for optimal performance.
- Foster team engagement and collaboration in partnership with GraceMed leadership.
- Motivate and challenge team members to achieve clinic targets.
- Prepare and oversee work schedules, optimizing bookings for physicians and providers.
- Mentor and coach employees through regular feedback and performance management.
- Conduct regular team meetings and huddles to ensure alignment and communication.

**What you will bring along**:

- At least 3 years of experience with operations management, in medical, hospitality or a similar setting.
- At least 3 years of leadership and team management skills experience overseeing a multidisciplinary team is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals or targets.
- Experience in the private practice sector is an asset.
- A university degree in business or a related field, or a combination of equivalent education and work experience.
- Preferred experience in managing budgets, profit and loss (P&L) statements, and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on time management and prioritization.
- Comprehensive understanding of diverse practice operations and functions.
- Familiarity with healthcare legal rules and guidelines, procedures, and products.
- Knowledge of industry-specific healthcare legal rules and guidelines.
- Working knowledge of data analysis and operational performance metrics.
