The Assistant Store Manager is a key member of the management team and instrumental in developing of the sales team and overall store sales.

**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for store operations with focus on sales and operations
- Lead and inspire store team to outperform budgets and customer expectations
- Continually motivate, coach and encouragement of sales team
- Organize ever-changing visual merchandising throughout store
- Reconciliation of cash, sales receipts, daily paperwork and other administration duties
- Uphold safety standards and document all accidents/relevant events

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum one year of management experience
- Strong communication skills: verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail plus strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to lift a maximum of 50lbs, use ladders and stand for up to 8 hours per day
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office, security camera system and Retail POS systems

Pay: From $18.75 per hour
