Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the Manager in day-to-day operational tasks and decision-making.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
- Drive sales by actively engaging with customers to promote products and services.
- Handle cash transactions, operate POS systems, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Maintain inventory levels and oversee merchandising and displays.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the Manager to develop strategies for business growth.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency in cash handling, sales techniques, and POS systems.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to recruit, train, and develop team members.
- Effective communication skills with good phone etiquette.
- Knowledge of market trends and ability to drive promotional activities.
- Team management experience is a plus.

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
