**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations, using Sage accounting software.
- Be able to assist clients with professionalism and care in both English and French.
- Maintain confidential information and clinic documentation
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in bookkeeping and administrative support (preferably in a healthcare or therapy setting)
- Proficiency in Sage Accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Notre clinique, ABC Solutions inc., est à la recherche d'un(e) assistant(e) administratif(ve)/comptable dévoué(e) pour se joindre à notre équipe Minimum 20 heures par semaine
Principales responsabilités:
- Effectuer des tâches de comptabilité, y compris les comptes créditeurs et débiteurs, la facturation et les rapprochements, à l'aide du logiciel de comptabilité Sage.
- Vous serez en mesure d'effectuer des tâches administratives telles que parler avec les clients, classer les documents et répondre aux courriels d'ordre général.
- Être capable d'aider les clients avec professionnalisme et attention, en anglais et en français.
- Maintenir la confidentialité des informations et de la documentation de la clinique.
Qualifications:
- Expérience en comptabilité et en soutien administratif (de préférence dans le domaine des soins de santé ou de la thérapie).
- Maîtrise du logiciel Sage Accounting et de Microsoft Excel.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et multitâches
- Excellentes capacités de communication et de service à la clientèle
- Parfaitement bilingue (anglais et français)
