**Are you a Good Fit for this Management Position?**

**As a Maintenance Manager, you start your day by checking in with your team, setting clear priorities, and ensuring everyone's focused on safety, quality and efficiency. you walk the floor, inspecting equipment for potential hazards and ensuring preventative maintenance is on track. If an issue pops up, you're right there, offering hand-on support or coaching your technicians through a solution. Throughout the day, you're juggling maintenance schedules, work orders, and inventory levels, while keeping an eye on compliance with ISO, HACCP, and GMP standards. Whether reviewing completed work for quality, working with outside service providers, or helping write new SOP's, your role is all about keeping operations running smoothly and your team supported and accountable.**

**Qualitifcations**:

- Post-secondary education in a related field or trade.
- 3 - 5 years working experience in the manufacturing industry in a leadership role (**food manufacturing experience is considered a strong asset).**:

- 3+ years of working experience in a maintenance role **(food manufacturing experience considered a strong asset**).
- Demonstrated experience in LEAN Manufacturing.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and third-party software).
- **Willingness to work off-hours/weekends as needed**:

- Strong working knowledge of process safety management and preventative maintenance program.
- Demonstrated ability to foster** cooperation** and **teamwork** within the workplace.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with emotional intelligence.
- Experience working in a unionized work environment (considered an asset)
- Able to work in a cool environment (we mean that both ways
- we're awesome and our plant is kept at a cool 2-4-degree temperature).
- A creative problem solver, who enjoys engaging in challenging activities.
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds.
