What You'll Do
- Champion daily maintenance operations and support production
- Lead projects to upgrade and install new equipment
- Manage budgets, inventory, and contractor relationships
- Foster a culture of safety and quality
- Mentor your team and help them grow
- Drive process improvements and efficiency
What You Bring
- College degree or technical training. Licensed Electrician or Millwright (preferred)
3–4 years' supervisory/managerial experience in maintenance
PLC software and troubleshooting expertise (Control Logixs 500 & 5000, Siemens, Beckhoff, Mitsubishi)
Knowledge/experience with complex hydraulic systems
Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards (OHSA, ISO14001:2015, IATF 16949:2016)
