**Duties and responsibilities**
- Maintain and update employee records (both digital and physical).
- Assist with preparing HR documents like employment contracts, new hire guides, and company policies.
- Assist with HR system data entry and reporting.
- Post job advertisements on job boards and social media.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation and coordinating orientation.
- Be the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
- Assist in handling employee requests regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in verifying attendance and timesheet data.
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and queries.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist with audits and prepare required HR reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee data and sensitive information.

**Skills and qualifications**
- 2 + years experience in an HR administration role.
- People management skills, hiring knowledge, an understanding of recruitment procedures and performance assessments, and employee management skills are essential to be successful in this role.
- Ability to independently handle multiple projects.
- Exceptional multitasking skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Proficiency in software like MS Office and Google Docs
- Possess strong computer skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook software
