**Role Review**

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Handyman/Woman to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a proven track record in home repairs and maintenance, who is a self-starter and problem-solver, capable of working independently or leading projects. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that every project meets our high standards of quality and precision.

In addition to performing carpentry, repair and maintenance tasks, this position may occasionally involve door-to-door outreach to meet potential clients and introduce our services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Construction**: Build and install frameworks, structures, and fixtures using wood and other materials, following blueprints and design specifications.
- **Repairs and Renovations**: Perform repairs and renovations on existing wooden structures, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal.
- **Measurements and Cutting**: Take accurate measurements and cut wood and other
- **Project Management Tasks**:Assisting with quotes and scheduling where needed.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- **Communication**: Maintain clear communication with clients, team members, and supervisors to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum two years of carpentry experience, demonstrating a track record of high-quality work.
- Proficiency in various carpentry techniques, tools, and equipment, along with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in general handyman/woman tasks (painting, caulking, drywall repair, etc.).
- Experience in job estimation or job planning, particularly for carpentry or maintenance work, is considered an asset.
- Proficient in English for effective communication
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering top-notch craftsmanship.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Trade certification is a bonus but not a requirement
