This role is built for someone who’s great at their craft and wants to work **locally** in **North Vancouver, Vancouver, and Burnaby** - not stuck on big crews or buried in chaos. You’ll work independently, take home a clean and spacious van each night, and be supported by a company that puts tradespeople first.

**Compensation**:
$40 -$ 45 hourly

**Responsibilities**:
**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Completing 1-2 small jobs per day, including maintenance, repairs, and small jobs
- Driving your **high-roof Ford Transit van** between jobs
- Working solo with professional presentation and customer communication, and attending fun team meetups
- Using our CRM software (HouseCallPro) to update progress and photos
- Keeping your van and workspace clean, organized, and safe

**Qualifications**:
**What We’re Looking For**:

- 5+ years in handyman or residential renovation work
- Strong general skills: drywall, painting, trim, rot repair, fence repair, finishing carpentry work, furniture assembly, etc.
- Ability to problem-solve independently and manage your own schedule
- Clean Class 5 driver’s license
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working full days
- Comfortable driving a full-size high-roof van
- Friendly, respectful, and reliable — the kind of guy/gal people trust in their home
