We’re looking for a skilled and reliable **Handyman/ Woman**to join our growing team. This role is key in keeping our mixed-use residential and commercial properties running smoothly and maintained to high standards.

**What You’ll Do**
- Perform general maintenance and repair work across residential and commercial sites, including light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting tasks.
- Troubleshoot issues on-site and complete repairs promptly to minimize downtime.
- Install and replace fixtures, appliances, and other equipment as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance concerns and recommend improvements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.
- Communicate clearly with property managers, tenants, and the office team to provide updates on progress and timelines.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with building standards.

**What You Bring**
- Proven experience as a Handyman, Maintenance Technician, or similar trade role—ideally with exposure to both residential and commercial properties.
- Strong proficiency with hand and power tools, and familiarity with general building systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for site visits.
- Physically capable of performing light to moderate labor as needed.
