**Job Summary**

We are seeking a reliable and experienced **Handyman** for casual, on-call work. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible hours and varied tasks. You'll be contacted as needed to handle small repairs, maintenance tasks, and other general handyman services at residential or commercial properties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
- Basic plumbing or electrical work (if qualified)
- Painting, drywall repair, and general maintenance
- Assemble furniture, hang shelves/art, etc.
- Inspect and report potential issues proactively

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a handyman or in a related trade
- Own tools and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication and time management
- Flexible availability - able to respond to calls on short notice

**Work Schedule**:
On-call basis; jobs scheduled as needed (weekdays, weekends, or evenings depending on urgency and availability)
