Job description

We are looking for a Purchasing Admin and Order entry admin to place orders for products based on our company needs. The incumbent will be placing new orders with companies, researching new vendors, tracking deliveries, and updating order records. They will be handling claims and customer inquiries about the placed orders among other duties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Place orders of products as per sales and ensure timely delivery of the products
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
- Develop and send out quotations for specified categories of products
- Perform follow-ups of sent quotes and turn them into orders while meeting financial commitments.
- Efficiently follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or alter orders
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
- Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
- Follow up with suppliers as needed to confirm or change orders
- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
- Handle all claims of company from clients or to vendors

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
