**Position Description**:
The Order Fulfillment Clerk will be responsible for fulfilling customer orders by means of picking, packing, and shipping goods to their destination within established guidelines

**Here’s What You’ll Get To Do**
- Ensures orders are accurately and safely picked, packed and shipped with processes followed
- Works with the SickKids receiving department to ensure orders are sent to shipping company daily
- Advises Manager of any out of stock and /or shortages
- Performs the receiving function for all merchandise, checks orders to packing slips and purchase orders and enters into system
- Maintains product quality through rotation of products and expiry date checks
- Maintains efficient flow of merchandise from the stock room to the selling area
- Assists with annual inventory counts
- Complies with and ensures all loss prevention systems and procedures are performed according to established guidelines.
- Ensures stock areas are secured after leaving or while in the area
- Complies with all HSC Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Ensures aisles and floors are kept clear and safe for customers and employees.
- Ensures key controls are in place at all times.
- Has a clear understanding of the operation’s workflow and priorities, especially the e-commerce order processes
- Follows up with customers questions regarding their order status

**Here’s What You’ll Need**
- Minimum Grade 12 education
- 3-5 years experience in a warehouse or distribution center is an asset
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Provides efficient and pleasant customer service
- Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written in English
- Basic proficiency with computers

**Employment Type**; Temporary 1 year Contract
