empathetic problem solver with brilliant interpersonal skills, used to working efficiently and autonomously in a
multi-discipline production studio. A trusted partner for producers and discipline leads who takes pride in
casting the right talent for each request, not just filling gaps in a spreadsheet. A networked team player who
understands the nuanced individual talents and capabilities of every creative, CGI artist, retoucher, editor and
animator in the team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support development & implementation of weekly resource planning processes across 3 North
American studio locations
- Centralise, forecast, organise and allocate all resource requests from North America producer team
- Identify skills, maximise availability and utilisation for an in-house team of CGI artists, retouchers,
finishing artists, photographers, video editors and animators
- Pencil all studio resource requests from producers, as far in advance as possible
- Confirm all studio resource bookings with discipline leads, weekly in advance
- Work with Resource Managers in other global studio locations to proactively solve capacity challenges
before they become a problem
- Forecast, request, book and on-board freelance resource, when necessary

**Skills and Abilities**
- Excellent knowledge of cloud-based resource planning tools incl. Excel/MS Office Suite/Onedrive.
- Resource reporting - provide accurate, timely and relevant data to the business and studio leadership
team to enable decision-making
- Resource monitoring - timesheets, holidays, absences etc. working with existing Marks platforms
- Freelance networking - managing and maintaining strong freelance relationships and ‘black book’
- Relationship management - building, managing and maintaining close working relationships with CGI
artists, retouchers, finishing artists, photographers, video editors and animators
- Problem solving - prioritizing resource conflicts and escalating proposed solutions

**Nice to have’s**
- Experience in a CGI-led studio environment
- Interest or knowledge of resource management tools and systems
