Specific Responsibilities:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute product designs that achieve overall product strategy and merchandise objectives.
- Participate in research and development of seasonal trends.
- Interpret seasonal fashion direction, assortment opportunities and merchandise trends for area of responsibility.
- Produce cohesive product presentations, including boards, tear sheets and samples to help sell concepts to merchants.
- Prepare line and presentation material for line previews and buys meetings including color boards, concept boards, print and story boards.
- Ensure designs meet merchant line plans, assortment strategies and overall creative direction.
- Shop the trend market seeking design inspiration (materials, fashion, color, and trade).
- Regularly shop the retail markets seeking new merchandise/trend ideas.
- Responsible for creating and distributing fabric development packages.
- Develop flat mechanical sketches for design development packages and request sales samples.
- Select and approve styles, materials, trims and colors that fit into the program and style plans.
- Review development samples.
- Knowledge of fabrics and fabric construction.

**Responsabilités**:

- Préparer la ligne et le matériel de présentation des aperçus en ligne et achète des réunions y compris les conseils de couleur, cartes conceptuelles, print et story-boards.
- Assurez conceptions répondent aux plans de ligne marchands, des stratégies d'assortiment et la direction créative globale.
- Magasine les tendance du marché cherchant l'inspiration pour la conception (matériaux, la mode, la couleur, et le commerce).
- Magasiner régulièrement les magasins de détail en quête de nouvelles idées marchandises / tendance.
- Responsable de la création et la distribution de paquets de développement de tissu.
- Développer des croquis mécaniques pour les paquets de développement de conception et d'échantillons demande de vente.
- Sélectionnez et approuver les styles, les matériaux, les garnitures et les couleurs qui correspondent aux plans de programme et de style.
- Examiner des échantillons en développement.
- Connaissance des tissus et de la construction de tissus.

Skills and Requirements:
**Qualification**:

- College degree or Bachelor degree in Design
- 3-5 years’ experience in fashion design
- Proficient skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent presentation and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload according to deadlines
- Team player

**Exigences**:
