**Responsibilities**:
- Conducting classroom and hands-on training sessions for Class 1 Melt Truck operation.
- Developing training materials and curriculum to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Willing to train but you must have 3 years of experience as a class 1 driver.
- Providing constructive feedback and guidance to trainees to enhance their skills and safety awareness.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations during training sessions.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve training programs.
**Requirements**:
- Valid Class 1 driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience operating Class 1 Truck in various conditions and environments.
- Previous experience as a trainer or instructor in the transportation industry would be an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
- Ability to adapt training methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
