EXP is currently seeking a **Fleet Coordinator **to work at our Brampton, Corporate office.

**Your Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Fleet Specialist, this person will be responsible for the following job duties:

- Manipulate and Interpret reporting files and multiple spreadsheets; Identify and correct errors and/or issues with tasks or processes.
- Input and Maintain Fleet and Maintenance records
- Assist in ensuring all vehicles are maintained to Manufacturer recommendations
- Facilitate in Title, Registration and all areas of keeping the Fleet compliant
- Assist with compliance related to operating heavy commercial vehicles (2 vehicles in QC)
- Facilitate asset disposal and transfer process
- Assist with insurance requirements
- Assist with accident claims
- Set up new Authorized Drivers and ensure compliance with policy requirements
- Manage Fuel and Maintenance programs for both CND and US
- Manage Vehicle GPS program CND and US
- Communicate with team members and managers both verbally and written; Utilize Microsoft Office in many areas of your work with ease.
- Create and distribute various communications, user guides and templates
- Be service-oriented with a positive attitude, interest in learning, technically savvy and flexible.
- Handle all interpersonal situations with confidentiality
- Ensure prompt handling of required tasks with the utmost attention to detail
- The role also involves providing admin support and training to other Branch employees
- Other duties as assigned.

**The Skills, Knowledge, and Ability We Seek**
- Minimum 2-5 years in an administrative role
- Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Must have a valid Ontario license
- Must have an excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong service ethic and customer focus
- Resilient and resourceful team member with good organizational skills and the ability to communicate ideas effectively and clearly
- Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with those you are in contact with at work, whether internal or external
- Self-motivated and confident in their ability to work pro-actively in order to mitigate possible future issues
- Ability to analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, propose actions and implement recommendations
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, follow through on tasks in a timely manner as well as take on additional responsibilities as assigned;
- Self-starter, ability to work independently as well as work as a team player and manage priorities effectively
- Strong attention to detail required
- Fleet background is an asset
- Some General Accounting knowledge is an asset
- Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
