**The Opportunity**

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- 1+ years of related experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Results oriented with strong telephone etiquette
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm

**Responsibilities of the Position**

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
- Responsible for answering incoming phone calls and forwarding to the appropriate personnel or department
- Collect, sort, distribute and prepare correspondence, mail and messages
- Preparing customer proposals for reps
- Finalizing client contracts
- Managing company data base, Customer Management System (CMS)
- Managing advertising and promotional goods
- Scheduling and coordinating travel and accommodation for conferences and trade shows
- Manage the corporate calendar, MS Outlook
- Take minutes during sales meetings
- Manage the office space
- Assist with other administrative duties as required

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Automotive: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
