Babu Take-Out is a pioneer establishment in the Tamil food industry in Canada. We create homemade recipes specializing in Tamil, Indian and Asian cuisine. We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional guest experience with quality recipes made from our fresh and natural ingredients. We have morning, afternoon and evening shifts available.

We are looking for customer service representatives for our Scarborough location. As a customer service representative you will be primarily responsible for:

- Greeting customers in a friendly manner
- Making guest satisfaction your top priority
- Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns
- Taking food orders carefully
- Maintaining solid knowledge of product and services available in store
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Completing sales transactions using cash and debit/credit, accurately counts change and provides change to customers

**Required Qualifications**
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
- Have flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Work well in a group dynamic
- 1-2 years experience in customer service
- Prior experience in food industry is an asset
- Fluency in South Indian language (Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada) is an asset
- Be punctual, reliable and cooperative
- Cash handling and strong customer service skills are preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods at a time

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Scarborough, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Tamil (preferred)
- English (preferred)
