**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while handling transactions efficiently. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage time will be essential in creating a positive shopping experience for our clientele.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized and clean checkout area.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
- Address customer concerns with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing strong phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide support in inventory management as needed, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to demonstrate products confidently and engage customers in conversation about features and benefits.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $500.00-$1,000.00 per month

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift

- Evening shift

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
