Focus on selling VoxCell’s bioinks and 3D bioprinted tissue models to key decision-makers and stakeholders. - **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and partners. Work closely with R&D teams and product development to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded. - **Lead Generation & Pipeline Management**: Generate leads through inbound and outbound efforts, utilizing tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot CRM. Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing deals. - **Market Research & Strategy Development**: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Develop and execute strategic plans for market penetration and revenue growth. - **Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams**: Work closely with the marketing, R&D, and operations teams to ensure alignment on business goals and product offerings. - **Travel**: Travel up to 50% to meet clients, attend conferences, and foster business relationships. **We’re looking for** - **Experience**: 3+ years of business development or sales experience in the biotechnology, life sciences, or medical device industries, with a focus on high-tech or innovative products. Experience with bioprinting or tissue engineering is a plus. - **Sales Tools**: Proficient in HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales and CRM software tools. - **Education**: A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field is preferred.
