PMco is an Atlantic Canadian company specializing in commercial property management and commercial construction based out of our head office in Dartmouth Crossing, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. We have several different types of management agreements including full property management, financial management, asset management, leasing management, and maintenance management. We currently manage over 350,000 square feet of commercial properties.

Our construction division focuses on commercial projects ranging from maintenance calls to full fit-up/renovations. We typically have between 5-15 active projects at any given time with a team of office staff as well as on site managers.

**Summary**

The Finance / Payroll Clerk, under the direction of the Financial Controller, is responsible for performing tasks involving the day-to-day administrative operations at PMco, and the properties PMco manages. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, running payroll, journal entries, bank deposits, paying vendors, managing invoices, and getting documentation from subtrades.

We are always landing new projects, managing more properties, and adding members to our team Looking for someone that is eager to join a growing company, and up for the challenge

This position will require 1+ days per week at Glen Arbour Golf Course

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED But a fantastic attitude is

Part time option available. 2 - 5 days per week

**Job Duties**
- Run payroll for PMco and other managed companies.
- Pay credit cards for PMco and other managed companies.
- Coordinate phone plan payments & review monthly statements for accuracy.
- Pay corporate Mac Passes, and review statements for accuracy.
- Journal entries
- Collect payments from clients/Tenants and follow up on overdue balances
- Invoice clients.
- Deposit cheques.
- Receive invoices from subtrades, scan, and code into our system.
- Collect documentation from subtrades.
- Pay vendors.
- Insert job information in cloud-based software (Yardi & Procore)
- Manage online folders, and job statuses
- Take ownership and accept responsibility for actions.
- Actively listen and share information as and when needed.
- Work together co-operatively and support fellow co-workers.
- Carry out all work in accordance with established corporate procedures.
- Regular interaction and promotion of positive relations with fellow PMco team members, clients, subtrades and suppliers.
- Other duties as required and as assigned within acceptable workload.
- Ensure **all** work is executed in accordance with the PMco Safety program.

Work Remotely
