**Marketing Coordinator**

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**

Some of the regular tasks include:

- Build, maintain, and promote one operational and marketing effort among all departments, encouraging teamwork among all employees.
- Manage online and social media presence, including posting, answering customer inquiries, and running analytics to determine effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Create, maintain, and update a Marketing Calendar for all departments.
- Monitor and analyze sales promotion results to determine cost effectiveness of promotion and marketing programs.
- Write, design, and implement internal and external communications pieces, including, but not limited to, marketing plans, brochures, radio scripts, videos, social media posts, postcards, and events.
- Collaborate with GROWMARK Corporate Communications and design team to implement local marketing tactics.

Performs other duties as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Have a friendly and ready to learn attitude.
- Completion of a Post Secondary Program in either Business or Marketing.
- 3-5 years of previous marketing experience is preferable.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be a self starter.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical.
- Excellent time management skills
- Has own transportation to and from work.
- CSA approved safety boots or shoes are mandatory safety attire.

- Picton, ON K0K 2T0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 3 years (preferred)
