As a Tech Support in Quality & Installation, you will be involved in the quality assurance process of installation of construction and specialty equipment.

This individual will be responsible for working with Product, Deployment and Customer Success teams to facilitate feedback on the machine installation process. They will be responsible for managing communication with install partners as well as internal teams, reporting on trends or issues with quality of telematic installations.

This role will support the coaching and training of technicians on installation techniques, supporting quality control checks, driving industry leading standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day visual inspections of telematics installations from install partners and customer self-installs
- Complete installation reviews, managing timely completion of corrective actions, document development and revisions, and coordinating with teams to find opportunities for standardization and cooperation
- Work with internal teams to facilitate feedback on failed inspections in real time in the installation lifecycle
- Concisely document all QA inspection, testing and sampling processes
- Train technicians on proper installation techniques
- Report bugs and errors to development teams
- As necessary, support in the develop QA processes and/or techniques to increase QA efficiencies
- Assist with troubleshooting of installation issues and potential problems/defects

**Capabilities Sought**
- Electrical engineering background is preferred with a preference for a background in construction equipment
- Previous experience in quality assurance
- Previous experience as a technician on construction and specialty equipment is an asset
- Experience with software systems like Asana, Confluence, JIRA, Salesforce
- Experience with fleet management and telematics systems
- Strong analytics and data-driven decision-making skills.
