The Regional Manager, Restaurant Inventory Control for is an operational site support position responsible for the administration, data input, analysis, and system reporting for the SSP ordering, recipe & inventory management system (CrunchTime). The position is under the direct supervision of the airport Director of Operations or Regional VP but is also guided by SSP corporate finance including Purchasing, Receiving, Transfer and Inventory Policies and Procedures. Western Canada Region (BC, AB, MB).

**Essential Functions**:
- Onsite management and maintenance of all daily, weekly and monthly operational tasks in CrunchTime.
- Enforcing SSP purchasing, receiving, inventory policy and procedures.
- Invoice data entry reconciliation process and accuracy.
- Daily Pre/Production process and accuracy.
- Transfer process, transfer sheet maintenance and accuracy.
- Count sheet maintenance and accuracy.
- Point of sale (POS) data accuracy and support requests.
- Review and analyze company product, recipe and menu theoretical costs for commercial viability and cost controls.
- System Reporting (Purchasing Reports, Cost of Sales Reports, Waste Reports, AvT Reports, Transfer Reports)
- Manage location interface with vendor portal for invoice/credit document retrieval and ensure that all invoices/credits are processed and payments applied.
- Manage vendor credits process through Infosys.
- Manage New Vendor Request.

**Skills & Other Requirements**:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Associate's degree in accounting or applicable experience is preferred.
- Minimum two years of inventory control experience and restaurant experience
- Experience with Micros POS preferred
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, accuracy, follow-up skills, and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and among cross-functional teams with mínimal supervision, ability to juggle multiple tasks while adapting quickly and effectively prioritize assigned job duties to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Ability to travel within Canada and the US.
