Here's how a Proposals Coordinator for our Winnipeg office contributes to our team:
**Responsibilities**:

- Complete layout and production of proposal materials with a contemporary style.
- Proof, edit, and reword text to deliver a high-quality, compliant, error-free submission on time.
- Assist with the proposal planning process, including review of client requirements, development of proposal outline and creation of timeline/assignments.
- Assist with developing overall proposal strategy and applies it to the proposal in a manner that is compliant with the client requirements and consistent with corporate objectives/policies/goals.
- Conduct client background research, identifies questions, concerns and potential risks to inform the ‘strategic visioning’ and proposal planning stage of the process.
- Identify interview requirements, coordinates the presentation resources, and assists the proposal team in preparation of presentations and interviews.
- Schedule, coordinate, and take a lead role in the proposal strategy and planning sessions.
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing, communications, journalism, or equivalent experience is required.
- 3 years of experience as a proposal coordinator or in a related role (communications, marketing, visual communications).
- Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills to effectively establish the priority and scheduling of work tasks.
- Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills. Ability to produce grammatically sound written communication with a customer focus.
- Strong working knowledge of proposal fundamentals and best practices
- Strong ability to collaborate on and facilitate a team to a positive result.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other relevant marketing software systems.
