**Overview of Position**:
**JOB LOCATION: Beausejour, MB R0E 0C0**

The Proposal Pursuit Coordinator is responsible for supporting the entire project pursuit process for all strategic proposal responses. They will be tasked with reviewing and analyzing Request for Proposals (RFP’s), Request for Qualifications (RFQ’s), Requests for Information (RFI’s), and other competitive opportunities. After reviewing and analyzing the requests, they will also be responsible for developing written strategies, responses, and ultimately proposals in relation to specific requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development of proposal strategies and strategic responses for proposals.
- Collaborating with internal teams to gather information and write proposal specifics to create high-quality written content.
- Analyze proposal and any prequalifying documents/requirements.
- CCDC Contracts, RFPs, RFQs, etc.
- Manage proposal timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Review, edit, and proofread proposal material, technical and non-technical documents to ensure proposal clarity and accuracy.
- Assist with producing estimates, preparation of materials, labour, and equipment cost estimations related to the proposals.
- Creating and maintaining a database of information for future proposal submissions.
- Preparing engaging presentations for proposal interviews.

**Preferred Qualifications (What you will contribute to the Cobra team / Experience or Certification)**:

- Education: Degree or Diploma in Construction Management (CMD), Engineering, Project Management (PMP), Civil Engineering Technologist (CET), Business, Communications, and/or Marketing.
- 3+ years of experience with the responsibility of proposal coordination, development, and management.
- 5+ years of experience within the Construction industry.
- A strong understanding of CCDC & custom contracts.
- A background in construction and practical working knowledge of construction processes and practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills and creative writing skills.
- Strong planning and execution skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging and constantly changing work environment.
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project)

**Minimum or Other Qualifications (What you will bring to the Cobra role)**:

- Attention to detail - Ability to proofread and edit documents/presentations for spelling, grammar, formatting, consistency, compliance and responsiveness.
- Effective verbal and listening communications skills
- Time management skills
- Mathematical skills and analytical skills necessary to do material, labor estimates, and to interpret job cost reports

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
